DIGITAL FINE ART PRINTING
 
Print your newly scanned media or digital files onto three paper types - Enhanced Matte paper, Premium Luster Photo paper or PremierArt Water Resistant Canvas - up to 44" wide.  The Epson Stylus Pro printers deliver truly archival prints of stunning photographic quality.  Print colour photographs utilizing 7 pigmented Ultrachrome inks for accurate colour and wide tonal range.  There is also a light black ink for a smoother, more neutral tonal range in black and white photographs.
 
If you don't need a scan and already have a print-ready file, make sure that it is set at 180-360 dpi to your final output size for optimum reproduction quality.  Call for details regarding your needs.
 
SCANNING TIPS FOR THE BEST PRINT QUALITY
  1. Always begin with the best possible original.
  2. This means good exposure, colour and tonal range.
  3. Sharp originals produce sharp results (unless blur is the desired effect). 
  4. A big disparity between highlights and shadows may not reproduce well.  You either get highlights and lose the shadows, or vice versa.
  5. Film originals reproduce better than reflective media when you need to enlarge it.  Particularly slow-speed transparency film.
  6. The larger the film format (6x4.5cm, 6x6cm, 6x7cm, 4x5") the better the print at any comparable size.

ROLL PRINTING
 
Panoramic prints, odd size prints, multiple and volume printing.  Roll printing is charged by the foot per roll width.  Feet usage is rounded up to the next foot.  eg) If you use 1.5 feet you will be billed at 2 feet.
