The weather in Iceland is unpredictable. When conditions present themselves it's advisable to act quickly. A camera needs to be close and at the ready. The transient soft overcast conditions allowed me to capture a pleasing composition of the surrounding lava field and lagoon. I love the varied blue and white hues contrasted against the dark rocks.
